Why do you suggest no/little exercise?

That is a question we get a lot. The basis of our program is to reset your nervous system to a state of healing and repair. Most exercise programs are far too demanding and create more of an imbalance. During the first phase of the program, you will be able to engage in yoga, walking, rebounding, and sauna use.
