For over 30 years, I have worked in medical and therapy settings: BS in Exercise Science, MS in Physical Therapy, clinical work since 1996.
But the real education came when my own body started breaking down. Lupus. GERD. Prediabetes. Chronic hives. I went to every specialist. They offered medications, not answers.
